Cookie Bars


When making cookies, sometimes I just spread the dough in a cookie sheet instead of form it into balls. It would result in moister, denser cookies.


Just like how I prefer my cookies done: a bit crunchy on the edge, but very soft and slightly under baked in the center.


Or bake them in fun-shaped-single-serving molds, enough to satisfy a little cookie monster.
