Sweet Potato Doughnut

Donat Teflon Ubi Ungu Ini resep favorit karena nggak digoreng dan nggak perlu juga nyalain oven. Cukup dipanggang di wajan di atas kompor. Biasanya saya pakai kentang, kali ini ubi. Selain kentang dan ubi bisa juga pakai buah bit, tinggal disesuaikan takaran terigu & airnya. Bahan: 200 g ubi kukus, haluskan 250 g terigu protein tinggi 25 g gula pasir 1 sdt ragi instan 1 butir telur 1 sdm air 15 g mentega/margarin 1/2 sdt garam Gula bubuk untuk taburan bila suka Cara membuat: Campur ubi halus, terigu, gula, dan ragi. Masukkan telur dan air, aduk dan uleni hingga tercampur rata. Masukkan mentega dan garam, uleni hingga kalis. Istirahatkan 15 menit. Kempiskan adonan, bagi menjadi bulatan2 masing2 15-20 g. Pipihkan, buat lubang di tengah. Susun di alas bertabur terigu, diamkan 30 menit. Panaskan wajan anti lengket dengan api kecil, panggang donat hingga kedua sisinya matang kecokelatan. Taburi gula bubuk bila suka.

Green Tea Churros

Diadaptasi dari  @justtryandtaste Bahan: 250 ml air/susu cair 113 g mentega/margarin 1/2 sdt garam 1/2 sdt greentea bubuk 180 g terigu protein tinggi 4 btr telur Gula bubuk/gula donat untuk taburan Cara membuat: Rebus air/susu cair, mentega, garam, dan greentea bubuk sambil diaduk hingga larut dan mendidih. Kecilkan api, masukkan terigu sekaligus, aduk cepat hingga kalis, angkat, biarkan hangat. Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil dikocok hingga lembut. Masukkan adonan ke kantung plastik segitiga, pakai spuit bintang. Panaskan minyak goreng di wajan. Spuit adonan panjang-panjang, goreng hingga kecokelatan. Sajikan dengan gula bubuk. Jika tidak ingin langsung digoreng, spuit adonan ke loyang datar, bekukan di freezer. Sewaktu-waktu ingin tinggal digoreng.

Glazed Baked Donuts

This is actually a fried donut recipe. I tried to bake them, and it worked. Of course the baked donuts didn't taste as good as fried ones, nor as tender. But you've gotta set your priority here. Oven-Baked Red Donuts

Remember I bought too much beets for making the last red velvet cake ? I thought it would be cute to make donuts with beets. Red donuts! I used my favorite donut recipe, baked potato donut  but with some adjustments because unlike potato, beet puree is more liquid. One thing for sure I add so many flour, but without measuring it. So I could only give rough measurements. Always start with the minimum amount, gradually adding more if necessary. Oven-Baked Red Donuts Roughly adapted from Sajian Sedap Ingredients: 300-500 grams bread flour about 200 grams beet puree + 2 tablespoons orange juice (or 1 tablespoon lemon/lime juice) 25 grams sugar 1 teaspoons instant yeast 1 egg, lightly beaten 25-50 grams margarine 1/2 teaspoon salt icing sugar for dusting Methods: In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and instant yeast until well combine.
