Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Soft Cookies

🍪🍪 This is definitely the kind of treat you need when you seek for comfort! Untuk hasil terbaik gunakan cokelat dengan kandungan cocoa butter minimal 70% yaa 🍫😘 dan jangan kelamaan memanggang supaya cookies tidak keras. Resep diadaptasi dari  @bakerella Bahan: 110 g terigu protein rendah 20 g cokelat bubuk 1/2 sdt baking soda 1/4 sdt garam 60 g butter 120 g gula pasir (boleh dikurangi, tapi akan mempengaruhi tekstur) 85 g peanut butter 1 btr telur 100 g cokelat kualitas baik, cacah kasar Cara membuat: Aduk terigu, cokelat bubuk, baking soda, garam. Sisihkan. Kocok butter, gula, peanut butter hingga lembut. Tambahkan telur, kocok rata. Masukkan campuran tepung secara bertahap. Masukkan cokelat, aduk hingga rata saja. Sendokkan ke loyang, beri jarak. Panggang di oven suhu 180 C hingga permukaannya matang saja (7 menit di oven saya untuk cookies diameter 5 cm). Cookies akan agak mengeras setelah dingin.

No-Bake Chocolate Cookies

Resep dari  @sallysbakeblog Bahan: 60 g mentega 100 g gula 60 ml susu 20 g cokelat bubuk 170 g peanut butter 240 g quick oats (saya ganti tepung wholemeal) Cara membuat: Tempatkan mentega, gula, susu, dan cokelat bubuk di panci. Panaskan sambil diaduk hingga meleleh dan rata, lalu didihkan. Biarkan mendidih selama 1 menit tanpa diaduk, matikan api. Masukkan peanut butter, aduk sampai rata. Masukkan quick oats, aduk rata. Biarkan 5 menit agar meresap. Bentuk seperti cookies, susun di loyang (saya cetak pakai sendok ukur 1 tbsp). Masukkan kulkas setengah jam. Pindahkan ke wadah kedap udara, simpan di kulkas.

Ciri khas Putri Salju adalah kacang mete yang dihaluskan. Jika ingin lebih bertekstur, tidak perlu memproses mete sampai halus benar. Putri Salju Sumber: Fatmah Bahalwan, NCC Bahan: 250 gram mentega 100 gram gula halus 200 gram kacang mete, panggang/sangrai, haluskan 250 gram terpung terigu 150 gram gula halus untuk taburan (atau sesuai selera) Cara membuat: Kocok mentega dan gula halus hingga lembut. Tambahkan kacang mete halus dan terigu, aduk rata. Simpan adonan di kulkas minimal setengah jam. Pulung adonan bentuk bulan sabit. Jangan terlalu lama memulung adonan agar tidak berminyak dan menjadi keras. Susun di loyang beroles mentega, beri jarak. Panggang di oven suhu rendah (140-150 Celsius) hingga matang, 20-30 menit. Masukkan gula halus untuk taburan ke dalam kantung plastik besar. Panas-panas masukkan kue ke plastik berisi gula halus, kocok perlahan hingga semua kue terbalut rata dengan gula. Homemade Cinnamon Rolls.  T aste better than any store bought ones. Because it's HOMEMADE. No contest. Sticky Caramel Cashew Cinnamon Rolls   adapted from  http://steamykitchen.com/248-caramelroll.html Ingredients: 250-300 grams bread flour 1/2 tbsp instant yeast 140 ml warm water 3 tbsp honey 3 tbsp vegetable oil or melted unsalted butter 1/2 tsp salt Fillings: 85 grams butter/margarine 85 gram palm sugar 1/4 sdt salt 1/2 sdt cinnamon 50 grams roasted cashew, coarsely chopped. Methods: In a large bowl mix together 250 grams flour and instant yeast. In a small bowl mix warm water, honey, and oil or melted butter. Pour the mixture into flour mixture, stir with a wooden spoon until combined and moistened.  Cover the bowl with a clean napkin/towel, let it rest in warm environment until nearly doubled in size. Nutella-filled Cookies Yields: 20 large cookies Note: this recipe requires some preparations. It would be best to prepare it ahead of time then store the ready-to-bake dough in the refrigerator or freezer so that you could bake them at any time you desire.  Ingredients 200 grams Nutella for filling 270 grams flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 150 grams butter, room temperature 150 grams white sugar 50 grams palm sugar 2 eggs 100 grams yogurt some chocolate-chips for topping (optional) Methods Place the Nutella in a piping bag. With less sugar, no more runny frosting. Yay! Too long for a title, you say? It's because just 'Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake' or 'Nutella Peanut Butter Cake' won't do it justice. I HAVE to mention ALL the ingredients this cake has just so you know how sinful this cake is. It's really, really sinful. Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Ingredients: 140 grams chocolate-flavored sweet condensed milk 120 grams dark chocolate 60 grams peanut butter chopped roasted peanuts, optional Methods: Line a 10 cm x 15 cm pan with plastic wrap or aluminium foil. Set aside. Melt chocolate with sweet condensed milk together in a double boiler. Stir until smooth. Add peanut butter and chopped peanuts if using, stir well.  Transfer into the prepared pan. Store in refrigerator at least an hour. Cut to your liking, enjoy.
