Homemade Cinnamon Rolls.
Taste better than any store bought ones. Because it's HOMEMADE. No contest.
- Sticky Caramel Cashew Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:- 250-300 grams bread flour
- 1/2 tbsp instant yeast
- 140 ml warm water
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil or melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Fillings:
- 85 grams butter/margarine
- 85 gram palm sugar
- 1/4 sdt salt
- 1/2 sdt cinnamon
- 50 grams roasted cashew, coarsely chopped.
Methods: - In a large bowl mix together 250 grams flour and instant yeast.
- In a small bowl mix warm water, honey, and oil or melted butter. Pour the mixture into flour mixture, stir with a wooden spoon until combined and moistened.
- Cover the bowl with a clean napkin/towel, let it rest in warm environment until nearly doubled in size.
- Punch the dough, add salt, knead a little until smooth and elastic. Add more flour if the dough feel sticky to the hand.
- Preheat oven to 200 Celsius. Grease a 22 cm round pan.
- Mix the filling except for cashew. Divide in two. Spread the first half on the base of the greased pan. Sprinkle with half the cashew.
- Roll out the dough into thin rectangular. Spread the second half of filling evenly on the surface, sprinkle with the rest of the cashew.
- Roll it up neatly then cut into 2-3 cm rolls. Arrange the rolls in the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 15-25 minutes or depending on your oven. Take it out of oven, immediately and carefully flip it onto a plate before it get cold and hardened.
- Serve warm and proud, it's a handmade!
- VERSI BAHASA INDONESIA
Bahan roti:
250-300 gram terigu protein tinggi
1/2 sdm ragi
140 ml air hangat
3 sdm madu
3 sdm minyak/mentega leleh
1/2 sdt garam
Bahan isian:
85 gram mentega
85 gram gula palem
1/4 sdt garam
1/2 sdt kayumanis bubuk
50 gram kacang mete panggang, cincang kasar - Cara membuat:
Aduk rata 250 gram terigu dan ragi.
Di wadah lain campur air hangat, madu, minyak. Tuang ke terigu, aduk dengan sendok hingga rata. Tutup dengan kain, diamkan di tempat hangat hingga mengembang.
Kempiskan, tambahkan garam, uleni sebentar dengan tangan hingga kalis. Tambahkan terigu bila terasa lengket.
Panaskan oven 200 derajat. Olesi loyang 22cm dengan mentega.
Aduk rata bahan isian kecuali kacang. Tuangkan setengah bahan isian ke dasar loyang, ratakan. Taburi setengah bagian kacang.
Giling adonan roti berbentuk persegi tipis. Olesi sisa bahan isian, taburi sisa kacang. Gulung sambil dipadatkan. Potong setebal 2-3cm, atur di loyang.
Panggang hingga kecokelatan, 15-25 menit. Saat masih panas langsung balikkan ke piring. Sajikan!
