I was on fire today, baked 4 different kinds of treat a day! First one was some kind of dauphinois, well, maybe it’s not really a treat but for me it is :) and the second one was the one I bake so often: rocky bars. What I’m gonna put the pictures here were the last two, blueberry & cheese tartlets and red cherry clafoutis. The tartlets didn’t use real blueberries, just blueberry jelly (the kind people usually use for donut filling) mixed with cream cheese. this is for my dear friend's birthday. he requested a chocolate cake with some fruity taste, so I suggested sacher torte which has apricot filling, cover the cake with not-so-dense ganache (combination of chocolate and cream) and topped that with oranges. happy orange birthday! Sacher Torte Recipe

Saw this in ‘Gula-gula’ tv show and wanted to try it at once. Turned out not that special. Well, the recipe itself was very-very simple, basically just a pie crust filled with banana slices and chocolate ganache, so it would taste exactly like the banana and the ganache. That’s all.
