Two-Ingredient Nutella Cake


Dalam rangka 'menghabiskan' stok nutella, nyobain bikin two-ingredient nutella cake yang udah lama diliat di youtube dan bikin penasaran. Karena nutella-nya cuma sedikit, saya bikin setengah resep di loyang 15cm. Hasil cake-nya pendek, jadi kalau pengen cake yang lebih tinggi, pakai loyang yang lebih kecil ya.

Two-Ingredient Nutella Cake

Bahan:
240 gram nutella
4 butir telur besar

Cara membuat:
Tempatkan nutella dalam mangkuk, tim sebentar hingga hangat atau aduk2 dengan sendok hingga lembut. Tujuannya supaya lebih mudah bercampur dengan telur.
Kocok telur hingga pucat, mengembang, dan kental. Tuang sepertiganya ke nutella, aduk balik hingga rata. Tambahkan sepertiga adonan telur, aduk. Tuang lagi sisa sepertiga adonan telur, aduk rata.
Tuang ke loyang diameter 18 atau 20 cm yang telah dioles mentega, panggang suhu 160 C hingga matang (tes tusuk). Dinginkan.
Beri topping sesuai selera.
