On the previous cornflakes cookies making I made so many dough and froze them. After batches of cookies there were still some dough left in the freezer, so this is what I did:
- I pressed half the dough at the bottom of pie pan.
- Peeled an apple, sliced it. Mixed them with a little palm sugar, ground cinnamon, salt and lemon juice. Then arranged the slices on top the dough.
- Sprinkled the rest of the dough and baked them until browned.
Voila, an apple pie! Or an apple-cornflakes crumble pie!
