Sticky Caramel Cashew Cinnamon Rolls adapted from http://steamykitchen.com/248-caramelroll.html Ingredients: 250-300 grams bread flour 1/2 tbsp instant yeast 140 ml warm water 3 tbsp honey 3 tbsp vegetable oil or melted unsalted butter 1/2 tsp salt Fillings: 85 grams butter/margarine 85 gram palm sugar 1/4 sdt salt 1/2 sdt cinnamon 50 grams roasted cashew, coarsely chopped. Methods: In a large bowl mix together 250 grams flour and instant yeast. In a small bowl mix warm water, honey, and oil or melted butter. Pour the mixture into flour mixture, stir with a wooden spoon until combined and moistened. Cover the bowl with a clean napkin/towel, let it rest in warm environment until nearly doubled in size.
